An invigorating breath session (60 min of actual breathing; total time up to 2 hours) that utilizes your breath, your voice and movement, while breathing deep into particularly tense areas as a means to let go of tension/ blockages/ barriers and manifest your goals. During breath sessions, often times folks will go on a "journey" to their subconscious mind as a means to overcome and come to terms with unresolved issues at a physical and cellular level. Please allow up to 2 hours to include check in before and after the breath session.

All sessions are held virtually through Zoom, or any other virtual method preferred if Zoom is not possible. A laptop or device with a camera, mic, and strong internet connection is required.


the Modern breathwork Technique

The first portion of the session, we will discuss what you would like to focus on or manifest (intention/ landing statement), what physical areas are particularly tight/ painful, those to pay special attention to, and what positive affirmations you need. During the breathing part of the session, you can expect to be lying down with eyes preferably closed, breathing in a deep, rhythmic, connected but relaxed pattern for about 60 minutes while listening to energizing music. During this time I may ask you to make noise with your voice while making some vigorous movements to help release tension. I will also repeat some of your affirmations and use my own with your permission, while coaching you breathing into tight areas. The last 10-15 minutes of breathing are spent in a relaxing manner, the equivalent of "savasana" in Yoga. After you are done with the breathing portion we can talk about your experience and I will record any insights you had.
