What is the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?
Life Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health counseling. Therapy or counseling (used simultaneously) is more focused on processing past conflicts, traumas, or grief so that you are able to function better in society. Coaching focuses more on present and future goals to make your life more fulfilling and manifest your desires and goals.
Who is Life Coaching for?
Coaching is for those that are doing 'ok' in their current lives but would like to improve personally. People who want coaching are often focused on present and future goals.
Some of the people I have worked with often approach me with similar topics; you might want to consider the following statements, to see if they ring true for you:

What is Modern Breathwork & Life Coaching?
Modern Breathwork is a very unique and powerful process facilitated by me, to guide you into your subconscious through your breath. You get to release deeply rooted tension and barriers that have prevented you from reaching your dreams and goals. Life Coaching is a talk-based approach that allows you to talk about your current challenges. I will guide by asking questions to helps us both clarify and understand the root of the problem. Once we identify the root, we will have a better chance at addressing what is going on.
What is the difference between Modern Breathwork & Life Coaching?
The goal of both- Modern Breathwork & Life Coaching is the same- to get you to a more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling life. People are all different, so the approach is individualized based on each person's wants and needs. Life Coaching is ideal for those who mainly need support in identifying limiting beliefs/ negative coping patterns, and express their challenges and frustrations. Modern Breathwork is for those that are interested in doing subconscious work and exploring deep into the realms of themselves to uncover past limiting beliefs at the energetical level; this usually comes after talk coaching or therapy. The main difference between them is that one, you have full control of what you bring up (Life Coaching) whereas with Modern Breathwork, the breath will take you deep into the realms of your subconscious to to give you what you need right now.
