*Experienced Breathers, please arrive before 3:30pm*

Journey into your subconscious to unlock your inner challenges and powers: connect, feel, release, and manifest your deepest desires. The breath is a powerful tool that we all have; this ‘tool’ can be used to release old patterns and tension while getting clarity about current issues and therefore manifesting them to life.

The first 30 minutes will be spent discussing and learning about the breath technique, so please come up and ready to learn. We will start the formal breath group at 3:30pm.

About Modern Breath...

This breathing practice involves an invigorating 60 minute session that utilizes a connected, rhythmic breath, your voice/ movement while applying pressure to particularly tense areas as a means to let go of tension/ blockages/ barriers and manifest your goals. During breath sessions, often times folks will "journey" into their subconscious mind as a means to overcome and come to terms with unresolved issues at a physical and mental level. If you are ready to take dramatic shifts in your life, this is the group for you! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water, yoga mat, and blanket if desired.
